Position Title: Outreach Coordinator Reports To: Agape Love Ministries Supervisor
Position Purpose: The ALM Outreach Coordinator will lead/coordinate outreach activities under the management of the supervisor, and in a way that is in the best interest of ALM.
Staff / Volunteer Supervision: This position will oversee ALM Volunteer Staff
● Coordinate, plan, and execute outreach events.
● Provide follow up communication at the end of each campaign or event.
● Assist in creation outreach content for social media, direct mail campaigns, newsletters, and websites. (press releases, brochures, or other marketing material)
● Screening, and recruiting volunteers; providing them with training and support, and keeping records of their activities.
● Verifying the volunteers’ availability, receiving their feedback, recognizing their efforts and answering their questions.
● Provide support to the administrative team.
● Desire to work on a team.
● Outgoing with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
● Data management
● Problem solving, and organizational skills.
● Experience in budget management.
● Good reporting, technical, and statistical skills.
● Ability to keep sensitive and confidential information.
This position requires reliable transportation and will require attendance at some evening and weekend events as well as working with individuals from various backgrounds.
This position may require standing for extended periods of time and lifting up to 40lb. objects on an as needed basis.
