Love On Purpose is more than our slogan it speaks to the foundation of our ministry, how we treat the people we serve and how we attack the enemy.
After 20 years of faithful service and commitment to his Pastor, God led Bishop Henderson and his family to relocate from Dayton, Ohio to Cincinnati, Ohio to pursue his calling as a pastor. Although this transition was met with some challenges, the Henderson’s persevered and on August 7, 2011, Victory Deliverance Ministries of Cincinnati (VDMC) held its first service in a small clubhouse. Pursuing the specific instruction from God and a willing heart our ministry flourished.
Within six months membership grew from five to twenty members. As a young pastor, Bishop Henderson was not dismayed by the small beginnings of our new ministry. We continued our journey partnering with fellow ministries in the city of Cincinnati until being blessed with a permanent church home.
In June 2014 God opened doors for our ministry to have its own place of worship. Located in the city of Roselawn, our ministry completed renovations by the hands of countless members and volunteers. Through continued growth and transformation, a new vision was ignited. In 2017, under direction from God , Bishop Henderson change our name to Agape Love Ministries.
After 7 years in that location, in May 2021, while managing the the difficulties of the pandemic we went from renting to purchasing our new church home, where we are currently located. Through out the years many have dedicated their lives to Christ, been married, baptized in Jesus name, set free, healed, delivered and have had the chance to experience Gods love and that contiunes today.

The Women of Worth ministry teaches women how to take charge of their life in spite of trials. We believe that healing from the inside out gives them the confidence and determination to claim victory in self-worth. WOW encourages women to find their purpose and a healthier lifestyle that can guide them to fully embrace the greatness that God envisioned for them.
Brothers In God focuses on uniting men together to effect change in our communities for the development of future generations. B.I.G. strengthens the hands of men through camaraderie, bible knowledge, and practical wisdom. We believe these tools will assist in bringing awareness to the life of men of all ages.
Back 2 Love Ministry builds successful relationships, enhances and renews intimacy, fun, and friendship in marriage. We are dedicated to empowering, restoring couples, and helping couples experience marriage in the principle of which God designed it.
Agape Love Cares bridges the gap between the church and the community. We provide resources to improve the quality of life for people who need support. Currently, our Agape Love Cares outreach services include a food pantry, clothing, and shoes. Our desire is to be a strong source of light in urban areas by assisting with education, life skills, and job resources.
We believe that Jesus and God are one. God has always existed in relationship with Himself as He will forever. He exists as one God in three persons: the Father in creation, the Son in redemption and the Holy Spirit in the church. Although their operations are different we clearly see one God, Therefore, to know Jesus is to know God.
We believe baptism is done through the name of Jesus Christ our Savior. Father, Son and Holy Ghost are merely titles. But because salvation comes through Jesus only, and there is power in His name, we are baptized in His name to symbolize His death and the washing away of our sins.
We believe in deliverance from sin. Jesus’ resurrection gives us power to overcome sin in exchange for obedience and righteousness. Therefore we have the victory over sin, and we have grace carrying us through.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and there is no salvation but through Jesus. He is the way to Heaven, the gate, and in order to accept salvation one must verbally confess that He is Lord and believe in their hearts that He was raised from the dead. Through Him is the only way to overcome the world.
We believe in speaking in tongues/holy language. This is a gift that God gives that edifies those who possess it, for it is our spirit speaking directly to God concerning what we need.
We believe in showing agape love to one another, for this is a commandment. If Jesus saw fit to love us unconditionally, we should extend that love to each other also.
Pastor Dr. Cornelius E.L. Henderson Sr. is the Suffragan Bishop in the PCAF Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith. Bishop Henderson has a long tenure in ministry and successfully encourages those desperate for hope to fight for the life they desire to live. Serving as the Senior Pastor of Agape Love Ministries, he has a contagious, fiery and bold approach to faith and empowerment.
His goal to develop and strengthen others, propels him to teach sound biblical principles that encourage personal relationships with God.

His reach further extends in the community through coordinated workshops, coaching, public speaking, and mentorship.
Pastor Michelle L. Henderson is a dynamic, and energetic leader, minister and visionary. As co-pastor, she is passionate about teaching purpose, value and the word of God. Her influence and leadership does not stop there as she spearheads the Women of Worth Ministry and Next Generation youth ministry.
Pastor Michelle is also the founder of the Know Your Worth Organization that empowers women of all ages to know their value and equip them with the necessary tools to overcome barriers that may hinder them from realizing their self-worth. Know Your Worth has worked alongside organizations, school systems, and corporate America to provide empowerment seminars, conferences, and boot camps encouraging women to walk with purpose. Along with all of this Pastor Henderson is a proud mother of four and has learned how to gracefully balance the challenges of motherhood and ministry.

Elder Brandon Watkins serves as the Assistant Pastor of Agape Love Ministries. He has the unique ability to relate to people’s adversities and create unique ways of teaching them how to persevere through them. His heart of servitude toward teaching and mentoring youth resonates throughout his ministry and career.
Elder Brandon originally from Montgomery, Alabama is a culinary arts instructor and the owner of Cincy Soul2Soul, a southern cuisine catering business. His goal is to better the overall character and improve each student’s life skills by teaching them how to serve those that may be less fortunate. He is also the founder of Increase Apparel (Inspiring Nations To Conquer Restore and Endure Adversity through Spiritual Empowerment). Elder Brandon is a devoted husband and proud father of six, who has a love for people and a servant’s heart.

Party Outreach services include food, clothing, and shoes. Our desire is to be a strong source of light in urban areas by assisting with education, life skills, and job resources.
